The Square Inline Axial Flow Bifurcated Fan range is engineered to provide dependable airflow performance while protecting the motor from direct exposure to contaminants and elevated temperatures. The bifurcated casing design separates the motor from the primary airflow path, reducing contact with dust, fumes, and particulates, while still allowing cooling through the fan’s air movement.
Constructed from pre-galvanised sheet steel, the housing offers durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for long-term installation within ducted systems. The completely enclosed motor incorporates IP55 protection, ensuring resistance against dust ingress and water spray in industrial settings.
The inlet and outlet flanges are manufactured to Doby-type specification and include four predrilled holes for secure bolted duct connections. Impeller blades are available in injection moulded glass reinforced polypropylene or glass, depending on application requirements.
These fans are well suited to industrial facilities, manufacturing environments, commercial buildings, plant rooms, and process systems where reliable axial airflow and enhanced motor protection are required.
